    Sr.

    Program Analyst (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a senior program analyst to support our client at the Department of Veterans Affairs OIT (Office of Information Technology) Health Portfolio, Scheduling Product Line.

    This position will be a fully remote position. Core hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 PM ET. Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Program Analyst with Agile Scrum and Project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working on projects in an Agile Scrum environment. The Sr.

    Program Analyst will be responsible for working on projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met on time, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

    The Sr.

    Program Analyst is responsible for creating, updating, coordinating, and analyzing project data, plans, and timelines, and provide suggestions on risk mitigation.

    The Sr. Program Analyst also works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize project plans. The Sr.

    Program Analyst will participate in a cross-functional team environment in development requiring critical and lateral thinking with the ability to make sound decisions.

    The role is also responsible for performing Risk Management tasks that support project success. This position will report to the Product Team PMO Program Manager.

    + Plan, execute and monitor project tasks from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered within scope, and schedule.

    + Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. + Develop project plans, schedules, and other project documentation in accordance with VA standards and practices. + Use Agile Scrum methodology to manage project tasks and communicate progress to stakeholders. + Facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed. + Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations. + Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

    + Support client by developing, updating, and maintaining presentations and briefings, memoranda, and messages including, but not limited to, supporting tables, graphics, and figures.
