    Job Title: Senior Data Entry Operator (Financial Domain)

    Location: Phoenix, AZ ONSITE)

    Duration: 6 months Contract

    Pay rate: $20-24/hr on W2

    Job Description:

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • In Alternative Investments , you will leverage your passion and enthusiasm to learn in providing the highest quality support to our internal and external business partners.
    • Initially, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of registration updates on Alternative Investment securities held by our clients.
    • Responsible for end-to-end processing of registration updates for Alternative Investment securities.
    • Individuals should be self-motivated and goal driven, able to multi-task, realize the importance of follow through, and have great time management and communication skills.
    • Processes include ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer in/outs, Reconciliation of breaks, Journal requests, process transfer escalations, providing resolution steps for Alternative Investment transfers that are not in good order, completing follow up on previous transfer in a timely manner, high productivity and ability to research complex issues.
    Requirement:
    • Ability to maintain accuracy while processing large volumes of work under time constraints
    • Strong analytical, research, data entry and prioritization skills
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work with business partners
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word
    • Great communication skills
