Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Prepare and transcribe documents, memos, and meeting minutes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Assist with special projects or events as assigned
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
  • Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with filing system
  • Proficient in file management and record keeping
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and document preparation
Please note that all positions at our company are paid.


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
