Employee Travel Services/deadhead Desk - Phoenix, United States - Mesa Airlines
Description
This position's primary function is booking crew movement travel. The position supports the operation while adhering to policies and procedures as defined by Mesa and by our partners.Travel for Crew Movement -Booking crew travel in support of the operation. This includes booking reports for awarded deadheads as well as supporting the day of operational needs for crew movement.
Communication/Customer Service (Internal)
- Communicating with crew tracking and other various departments to ensure support is provided for the operation, as well as clear communication with crew members as needed.
- Multitasking is a must for this position, as it requires constant reprioritizing of responsibilities based on operational needs. Assisting Pass Bureau with various projects, including annual enrollments and paperwork audits (as time permits).
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills are a must.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills are required. This position requires constant communication with other departments, as well as within the ETS department
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays as needed. Punctuality is important
- Knowledge of any reservation systems will be greatly considered (Sabre/ Shares)
- Familiarity of airline terminology, such as airport codes and operational vocabulary is appreciated
