JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for an individual who can help manage daily warehouse operations, based out of our PHX
location to ensure that the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency, while maintaining customer satisfaction.


Rate of Pay
:
$70,000 to $75,000 annual, depending on experience.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and effectively communicate and direct both driver and warehouse personnel to ensure freight is organized, loaded, and placed efficiently, correctly, and safely according to its requirements.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel, equipment, and inventory to ensure quality control inbound and outbound.
  • Oversee storage
- understand and effectively maintain space management for floor productivity.

  • Ensure warehouse team has effective communication with dispatch to ensure freight is delivered safely and ontime, or of any unforeseen issues that may arise during and after transport.
  • Maintain, record and complete required logs and checklists regarding but not limited to inventory, arrivals, departures.
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections whether vehicles, tools, or freight and report/ resolve any issues.
  • Supervise all Cargo DIM, and Reweigh.
  • Ensure team is safely and efficiently operating any lift equipment, for loading and unloading duties.
  • Ensure that team has all required backup paperwork (bills, HAZMAT, POD, etc.) complete and in order and dually delivered to the right personnel member, whether shipper, consignee, or Energy agent.
  • Data entry.
  • Oversee warehouse security and sanitation standards are met, if not exceeded, especially when it comes to storage and handling of HAZMAT materials.
  • Assist terminal manager with any management duties, including, but not limited to reports, training, and addressing and resolving any operational issues, whether internal or external.
  • Inbound and Outbound data entry and review in 3PL.
  • Ensure team is in compliant with all DOT safety regulations, company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
