    We are looking for a Trustee Services Specialist with a passion for customer service, quality assurance, and leadership to support the Trustee team from our Arlington, VA office.

Are you interested in working on a new product where you can make an immediate impact?Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Review/execution of foreclosure documents to ensure client SLAs are met Assist with receipt/disbursement of 3rd party sales Assist in ordering appraisals in the VA system Take & return calls for borrowers/lienholders/realtors/attorneys.

    Respond to borrower/realtor/lienholder email/fax inquiries for AZ, CA, NV, TX, WA. Work with co-counsel on issues with foreclosures. Maintain/update team manuals, provide assistance to team members regarding issues/questions.

    Additional duties as required QualificationsDesired qualifications:

    Attention to detailExperience with Mortgage Trustee, Foreclosure, or BankruptcyExperience with reverse mortgage services An understanding of Trustee Services processes and proceduresRecording experience in a title or trustee capacity Notary Certification preferred.
