Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal Sr On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Washington, DC.

Duration:
Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Education/Experience Required:
High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Operating high volume production(copy) equipment
Office copier on larger scale
Quality checking print job & entry level binding
QA exp., attention to detail and insertion/machine operation skills
Scanning of mail o Mail delivery o hospitality support conference room setup/break down, delivery of stock/supplies for meetings. i.e. paper, markers, snacks o receptionist support answer incoming calls

- scheduling conference rooms and incoming calls.

Shipping/receiving packages package handling skills

Skills & Qualifications:

Resumes must reflect work skills such as production, shipping/receiving, mail clerk, print related work related experience is a plus.
Resumes should have the required skills and also show working experience with production and customer service skills.
The resume must reflect working exp of 6 months 1yr of production such as packing, production and print production is a plus.
Must be willing to learn scanning and mail.
Walking lifting, bending twisting will be necessary up to 50# and with assistance over 50#.
Customer facing position, business casual work environment
Must be willing to learn job tasks, adhere to confidentiality and non disclosure as will encounter confidential documents.
Attention to detail, organization skills and work independently with ability to be flexible and maintain project goals.
Dress code is Business Professional
No free or reimbursed parking. Close to Public transit
There is no extensive walking, lifting or standing. Ability to lift up to 50# is a client standard.
