    International Trading company is looking for a Administrative Assistant.

    Non-exempt position (paid OT).

    • Own the team's reporting procedures and processes. Will be the point person for developing the monthly reporting schedule, issuing communication and receiving feedback.


    • Coordinate budget reporting processes with the investment entities. Review consolidation results and work with business units and subsidiaries on necessary adjustments.


    • Establish forecast assumptions and provide trend analysis that supports investment activities of the business unit.


    • Prepares market reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.


    • Provide general organizational assistance as assigned.


    • Complete projects as assigned.

    Hybrid schedule (after completion of training)- 2 days in office, 3 days remote

    Requirements:

    Minimum 3 years related experience.
    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    1. Strong understanding of financial statements.
    2. Ability to monitor budgets.
    3. Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT tools.
    4. Ability to define and solve problems including generating alternative solutions.
    5. Strong attention to details.
    6. Ability to communicate and learn in a multi-cultural/language environment.
    7. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred.
