Description
Our firm is seeking an Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to oversee the intake process and disseminate information to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
The individual in this role will be responsible for the management of the intake process and will coordinate with our other departments to make sure that paperwork is processed and distributed properly, while meeting all of our corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Faxing, attaching documents
- Coordinate admissions to home health with hospitals, rehab facilities and physician offices.
- Gather, organize, and maintain program data and other necessary records in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with providers and others about program opportunities and resources.
- Other tasks assigned.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
