    Compensation: Hourly + Commission of Attained Sales

    Requirements
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Preferred fluent in English & Spanish
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of outside sales experience calling on existing as well as new clientele
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Physical demands: for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand for long periods.
    • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts that include some nights and weekends
    • May include occasional travel to other markets
    • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
    • Must pass background check
    Summary of Job Description

    The Catering Sales specialist is responsible for building and maintaining catering sales growth within their region, primarily through business-to-business efforts as well as positively influencing catering operators to help generate sales of their own.

    The Catering Sales Specialist sales focus is mainly aimed towards acquiring, maintaining, and growing catering orders and catering accounts.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Execute national catering plans at the local market level including local B2B and LSM.
    • Support the execution and management of local catering marketing budget to comply with budget parameters.
    • Provide comprehensive sales analysis by channel, day part, and week part to understand business performance and uncover opportunities.
    • Upkeep with all catering accounts.
    • Generate, follow up on & retain catering sales leads to meet targeted sales.
    • Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.
    • Follow through with all catering sales and leads.
    • Call, Quote, and Email all leads within 24 hours of submission of inquiry date.
    • Update dashboard with updated statuses.
    • Follow up with guest on quotes.
    • Follow up with operators regarding orders confirming readiness.
    • Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.
    • Call and/or email all follow ups.
