Tasks- Conduct indepth analysis of clients' insurance needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Forge partnerships with insurance companies to secure competitive quotes.
- Navigate clients through the selection process, emphasizing the benefits and coverage details to close sales effectively.
- Identify potential clients via referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Engage with prospects to discern their insurance requirements and address any concerns.
- Present personalized insurance solutions that fulfill the specific needs of clients, converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Manage incoming inquiries, dedicate around 2030% of your time to servicing existing clients, and embark on the quest for new clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience insurance sales;
- Profound understanding of the DMV insurance domain;
- Proficiency in working with CRM systems and good computer skills.
- Punctuality, with an ability to work from office 9am6pm, 5 days a week.
- A quick learner, willing and capable of assimilating new information efficiently.
