• Make customer satisfaction the number one focus
• Establish personal income goals, using past commissions as a basis. Establish vehicle sales required to reach earning goals and develop action plan that will reach predetermined goals in the allocated time. (The Plan)
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week and month to determine how to better utilize time to plan more effectively. (Activity Card)
• Maintain and build a prospect development system. Analyze and learn from every lost deal.
• Work every deal using the "Road to a Sale". Log in each OTDB no exceptions. Call on Team Leader/Manager for assistance during any of the first steps where you feel you need help.
• Follow customer delivery procedure to ensure customer satisfaction, proper mechanical condition and appearance of vehicle. Also, understanding of warrant, owner's manual and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain consistent and regular follow up system that encourages repeat business and makes the owner conscious of the salesperson so that the customer will refer leads and prospects.
• Get familiar with the terminology used in this industry
• Keep abreast of all new product represented by the company and technological upgrades.
• Support the service experience
