    Sales Specialist - New York, United States - Extreme Reach

    Description

    The Sales Specialist will collaborate with SpotlightXR's management team to exceed revenue targets by selling Payroll, Vendor Payment, Business Affairs, and Rights Management services, while advancing their sales career.

    SpotlightXR, a segment of XR Extreme Reach, dominates in Talent Payment, Crew Payroll, Vendor Payments, Business Affairs, and Rights Management, catering to major global brands and their advertising partners.

    In the SpotlightXR | Marketer unit, we are on the lookout for new sales team members to groom, educate on our core solutions, guide interactions with global brands and advertising agencies, and expand our client base. Working closely with leadership, with a focus on acquiring new business by nurturing a pool of opportunities, collaborating with senior sales representatives, and effectively showcasing our value to potential clients.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Become well-versed in the full suite of Marketer solutions; Showcase SpotlightXR services to clients and prospects
    • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
    • Formulate and implement a sales strategy for key accounts
    • Create tactics to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and SourceXR to deploy Account Based Marketing techniques
    • Maintain client connections to ensure contentment, identify trends, and propose additional solutions
    • Stay updated on technological trends and market influences impacting our sectors
    • Confirm that contracts are signed and current with assigned clients, and ensure all essential data is in place for SpotlightXR to engage in business with the client
    • Carry out any other assigned tasks

    Requirements

    • Completion of professional sales training program
    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
    • Prior experience in selling software solutions to the advertising sector or major brands is advantageous
    • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and nurturing relationships, as well as in cross-selling and upselling
    • Proven history of exceptional performance metrics
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Sound decision-making capabilities
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration
    • Willingness to travel when necessary
