    Human Resources Director & Scheduling Coordinator

    Are you a skilled HR professional with a knack for efficient scheduling? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a combined role as Human Resources Director and Scheduling Coordinator at our esteemed long-term care facility. If you're passionate about enhancing employee experience and ensuring seamless staffing operations, we want you on our team

    Responsibilities:

    Human Resources Director:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
    • Manage employee relations and handle grievances and conflicts.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processes.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

    Scheduling Coordinator:

    • Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and support staff.
    • Utilize scheduling software to manage employee schedules and track attendance.
    • Fill open shifts promptly, including coordinating with agency staff.
    • Communicate with department managers to assess staffing needs and address scheduling issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and scheduling changes.
    • Assist with recruitment efforts and provide orientation to new staff members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience in HR management and scheduling coordination.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
