An award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence is seeking an Office Manager for the Pupil Personnel Services Department (Non-Certificated) with the following qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by communicating effectively both orally and/or in writing while maintaining confidentiality of records and information.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, establish priorities, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate with staff, parents, the community, and general public.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and personnel, including the Business Office, Curriculum Department, Human Resources, Child Study Team members, building administrators/staff, and consultants, to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and to followup on matters independently.
  • Ability to build office staff capacity, while supporting office staff and the Director.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Job Goals:


To maintain the efficiency of the Pupil Personnel Office and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office so that the maximum positive impact on the district, staff, and the education of students is realized.


Terms of Employment:

Eleven Months (September 1st - June 30th plus 20 additional days scheduled throughout July and/or August as determined by the Director of Pupil Personnel Services)
