- Scheduling – Schedule 75+ full- and part-time employees utilizing an online software tool to ensure that all shifts are covered while adhering to company policy
- Human Resources – Assist in the daily management of employee files, onboarding & offboarding procedures, forms processing and record keeping
- Document Management/Recordkeeping – Review and edit completed forms to ensure 100% accuracy, create spreadsheets to track results and report trends, maintain accurate records
- Customer Service – Answer phones and conduct post instruction follow ups with customer to ensure satisfactory experiences
- Filing - Invoices from suppliers/vendors, receipts, packing slips, miscellaneous
- Running errands – Making deposits/change orders at bank and conducting mailings at USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS
- Thorough knowledge of the facilities policy and procedures
- Stay current on product knowledge, general firearms laws and safety procedures
- Dress appropriately for position adhering to facility dress code
- Associates degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures and compliance with a minimum of two years experience
- Experience with online employee scheduling software, preferably WhenToWork or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Must be capable of typing competently
- Must pass background check
- High attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Regularly required to talk and hear

- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to bend
- Regularly required to sit for long periods of time

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager will manage a wide range of support functions. The ability to interact with executives, employees and customers at all levels in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry with professionalism and discretion is crucial to this role. You must be confident in your ability to multi-task and take on unfamiliar tasks as they arise. This is a demanding position that requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
