Your Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll work directly with the Administration staff to facilitate the daily operations of our building and technology
You'll do things like:
- Work with outside vendors and with our building management to schedule appointments for indoor and outdoor building maintenance and repairs.
- Work with our outside technology team and internal management to coordinate service calls, maintain computer inventory lists, and assist in implementing any changes.
- Inventory, organize, order, and restock office supplies.
- Support the Administration staff daily.
- Post and monitor cleaning logs.
- Learn our electronic filing system and file all documents as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills & Experience
- Highschool degree or equivalent
- Twoyear minimum administrative/executive assistant experience
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet established goals and objectives
- Flexible and able to reprioritize tasks
- Experience working with maintenance contractors a plus
- Proficient with technology (Microsoft tools)
Schedule & Location
This is a full-time position, approximately 35 to 40 hours per week. Your hours would normally be scheduled for times when the office is open, or 9-5 Monday through Friday. All work will be done at our offices in Florham Park, New Jersey.
