Description
RdF Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a range of administrative support tasks.


Previous purchasing, customer service or accounting experience is preferable.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing general administrative support to include reception desk, data entry, and telephone coverage.
  • Preparing and maintaining pertinent documents, to include drafting and proofreading a variety of routine and special memos, reports, correspondence etc.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, and important appointments.
  • Assisting in office organization, including ordering supplies and filing.
  • Assisting in planning and execution of company events.
  • Acting as a liaison to external visitors to the company.
  • Assisting purchasing, sales, production and quality, as necessary.
  • Assisting Human Resources with recruiting and record keeping.
  • Responsible for other miscellaneous projects as required by management.

Requirements:


  • Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is full-time, and offers a desirable 9/80 work schedule.
