Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the office by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

This is a full-time position located at our office in.


Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Assist with order entry and inventory management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment
  • Onboard employees
  • Onboard vendors
  • Conduct periodic reviews of office access and vendor contracts
  • Work with the HR and administrative team from our India office
  • Author memos and presentations per the direction of managers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
