Location:
Southern California
Salary:
$105,000 - $115,000 per year + Bonuses + Car Allowance + Benefits + 401K
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team, developing, executing, and tracking business plans.
Set and surpass sales goals, establishing individual targets and mentoring the team to achieve KPIs.
Maintain and update Sales Force territory dashboards, guiding team members to meet objectives.
Oversee sales team activities, provide continuous training, and conduct annual reviews.
Champion our brand and products/partners while understanding and targeting ideal customer profiles.
Drive sales growth and expand market influence in Southern California.
Requirements:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Profound business acumen with a keen understanding of market dynamics and competition.
Strong organizational skills, adept at planning, problem-solving, and prioritizing tasks.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record check.
