Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.

Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff who support a team of Treasury Management Consultants


This includes:

  • Managing a team of approximately 10 Sales Analysts
  • Assisting in training associates in skills related to:
  • Client proformas
  • Presentations
  • Account reviews
  • Product implementation submissions
  • Effective research to assist clients as needed
  • Partnering effectively with aligned sales teams and partner groups

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
  • Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
  • Welldeveloped customer relations skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources
