Description
Hair Queen LA is a high end beauty store and salon for Celebrities in Los Angeles.


Duties:


  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training programs
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales and management is required
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market and industry trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building longterm relationships
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
