Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Schedules _Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- _Meeting Preparation _Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and briefs for meetings the CEO attends or leads.
- _Travel Arrangements _Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for the CEO's business trips.
- _Event Coordination_Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, or other special occasions involving the CEO.
- _Information Management _Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records related to the CEO's work.
- _Decision Support _Conduct research and provide background information to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
- _Liaison and Networking _Act as a liaison between the CEO and other employees, stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- _Project Assistance _Assist in managing special projects or initiatives that the CEO is overseeing.
- _Expense Management _Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the CEO.
- _Problem Solving _Address various issues and challenges that arise in the course of the CEO's work.
- _Confidentiality _Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

CRITERIA_
- Tech-Savvy
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 to 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar highlevel administrative role.
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- Reliable transportation for errandrelated tasks.
Marketing, Content creation and sales
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90036: Relocate before starting work (required)
