    Outside Sales Representative (territory: State of Arizona and Las Vegas metro area) Organization OverviewQuail Construction is a traffic management business headquartered in Tempe, AZ. For over 25 years Quail has been considered one of the leaders in keeping the roads across Arizona safe. We pride ourselves on being a "one-stop" solution for all construction support services. We specialize in a wide range of services designed to keep traffic flowing smoothly around work zones, special events, and other disruptions. With our continued growth across the region, we are seeking a high performing individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. Success in this role is measured by achieving financial growth thru developing meaningful relationships while upholding our core values.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Position is full time with standard business hours. Position is exempt and reports to VP of Operations while working closely with the EVP of Strategic Development.
    To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:
    • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience
    • Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Advanced computer skills and proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office360 and CRM software(s)
    • Ability to be self-directed and highly motivated with minimal supervision to manage an effective pipeline
    • Past experience in successful outbound cold sales engagement
    • Manage and exceed KPIs and targets on a consistent level
    • Maintain a professional appearance for front facing role and positive company representation
    • Possession of a valid state driver's license
    • Ability to travel/overnight within Arizona and surrounding states (estimated at 35% of role)
    Not required but the ideal candidate would have:
    • Past experience within the transportation, road construction, or traffic safety industry
    • Proven track record in transactional sales roles with successful full cycle position duties
    • Experience in platforms such as TCR, Hubspot, Apollo, Sage, and Excel
    • Success in driving new customer acquisition and driving cross sell service opportunities
    Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Responsible for all sales and marketing activities within territory that are non-bid letting opportunities
    • Handle full sales cycle activities including: identify and develop cold prospecting leads to maintaining and growing existing customer base
    • Responsible for sourcing all variable leads by using referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling, direct mail, digital, and networking
    • Represent the organization at various regional shows, associations, or demos
    • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for organization
    • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
    • Generate and submit sales reports to management
    • Other duties as assigned
    Benefits Offered:
    • Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000
    • Uncapped commission structure
