Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research on accounts, collect prospect contact info, and identify the company's decision makers and influencers
  • Create prospecting targets, conduct outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and schedule meetings as appropriate
  • Build rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations, and articulates competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators
  • Partners with selling representatives to strategically target accounts and identify potential opportunities for Paychex
  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to transition them to SQLs, then submit SQLs to Paychex's lead routing function.
  • Follow established sales play cadences, as needed

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma
  • Required


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in Inside sales or equivalent combination of education & experience.
