Inside Sales Development Representative - Tempe, United States - Paychex

Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on accounts, collect prospect contact info, and identify the company's decision makers and influencers
- Create prospecting targets, conduct outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and schedule meetings as appropriate
- Build rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations, and articulates competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators
- Partners with selling representatives to strategically target accounts and identify potential opportunities for Paychex
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to transition them to SQLs, then submit SQLs to Paychex's lead routing function.
- Follow established sales play cadences, as needed
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma
- Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred
- 1 year of experience in Inside sales or equivalent combination of education & experience.
