Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales/selling.

Eligibility

  • 1 year of experience in Inside sales.
  • 2 years of experience in sales/selling.
  • Max 4 years of total work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the endtoend sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating and closing business to achieve quota.
  • Present products and services of Company to final decision makers and end users within the prospect universe.
  • Analyze the customer needs and interests, determine which products are appropriate and refer to appropriate party when necessary.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
  • Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
  • Use technology tools to accurately track activities and forecasts. Collect data to support underwriting process, close sales.
  • Continually develop technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent the HCM sales organization. Have an operational command of the sales forecast, Company and HCM foundations.
  • Project a positive image in representing Company to clients and the community.

Pay:
$47, $65,000.00 per year
