We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary between $50,000 to $60,000, plus a bonus structure, with a
high income potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000+ per year.

In addition to the salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a vehicle allowance, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, as well as a 401k with employer match.

As an Outside Sales Representative and Insurance Agent Account Manager, your primary focus will be on obtaining new relationships with referral partners and guiding their clients/homeowners through these difficult situations.

With
comprehensive initial and ongoing training from industry experts, you'll master our unique sales strategy aimed at delivering unparalleled service and support to homeowners.

This strategy not only ensures exceptional outcomes for our clients but also fosters value for our referral partners


Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
