    Director of Business Development/Marketing

    Philadelphia, PA (Brooklyn, NY - Weekly Meetings)

    $80K-120K base + commission structure

    As the Director of Business Development/Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our business growth and marketing strategies. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual who is not afraid to build innovative plans from scratch and drive measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business development and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

    Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.

    Build from Scratch: Fearlessly create and implement initiatives from the ground up, including lead generation, branding, and market positioning.

    Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients and customers, establishing and nurturing key relationships.

    Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing business development/marketing team.

    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development and marketing efforts with overall company strategies.

    Reporting and Analytics: Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports to leadership.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Director of Business Development/Marketing, ideally in a startup or rapidly evolving environment.

    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building successful initiatives from the ground up.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Willingness to travel to Brooklyn once a week for leadership meetings.

    Effective communication and presentation skills.
