Our client, a growing, privately owned, Light Industrial Staffing services, in New jersey is looking for a Business Development professional to join their team.


This role will focus on bringing in new Light Industrial business in the Southern, NJ, Philly, and Northern Delaware market.

Most of this position is field based and Friday's are spent in their Southern New Jersey office

Responsibilities include;

  • Meeting new clients within an assigned territory (with no internal competition) nts.
  • Using Salesforce to document sales activity, meetings, follow ups etc.
  • Contract negotiations.
  • Reach agreed upon monthly sales targets.
YOU might be the right person if YOU have:

  • Previous light industrial temporary staffing sales experience or recruiting experience.
  • Outside B2B sales experience selling into the light industrial space
  • Strong closing abilities.
  • Strong sense or urgency
  • Attention to detail.
