Business Development for Title and Real Estate TransactionsThis is a very strong opportunity with an innovative company in the space.

Duties:

Identify, meet and close CRE Principals, Professional buyers of real estate, lenders, builders and Realtors

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Communicate expectations with clients and turn those opportunities into new business

Identify new business opportunities
and develop innovative approaches to
capture them
Requirements:
- You're the
absolute best sales person you know and can prove prior success - 2+ years experience in
title insurance OR an adjacent industry (sales to a CRE audience, real estate sales, mortgage lending, CRE)

Pay:
$80, $500,000.00 per year
