As a high-growth business, with 40% year-on-year growth, we have several new-growth roles available for highly effective Business Development Executives to join our performing team


The Opportunity
We are looking for exceptional Business Development Executives to join us in the heart of Philadelphia


With our world leading digital products in technology and higher education we require talented and tenacious hunters with the motivation to drive new business across the USA and take their careers to the next level.

This is an end-to-end Business Development Executive role, from prospecting to pitching to closing.

As you close deals, you'll be comprehensively rewarded - the commission structure is strong at an expectation of $100k OTE, with our top performers earning $150k+.

On top of this, we have a particular focus on personal development with our Sales Academy training and on going career progression to Sales Manager as we believe in investing in our staff for the future.


The day-to-day

  • 360 New Business Sales role from hunting/prospecting new opportunities to closing the business (and everything in between)
  • Employ modern approaches to sales including balanced prospecting and discoveryled pitching putting prospects first to maintain high conversions and hit targets
  • Utilise datadriven market knowledge to identify relevant clients in Higher Education and Technology
  • Build interest from Higher Education Senior Leadership through impactful pitching and clear articulation of our digital media products and services

What we need from you:


  • Previous Sales experience is preferred but not essential your personality and energy is more important to us
  • Ambition and personal drive are key we need people who are excited about the challenges that new business sales brings and the rewards that come with it
  • Influence and persuasion skills are essential able to build rapport with senior stakeholders and understand business needs
  • Driven, energetic, tenacious, confident and determined to succeed in their career
  • Open to coaching we know what it takes to succeed in Advertising Sales and we will equip you with that knowledge, you just have to grab it with both hands

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
