Position:
Entry Level Business Development Assistant


As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering account growth, driving revenue, and paving the path for regional and national expansion.

You'll serve as the go-to-market and account expert for client executives and internal sales teams. Your expertise will guide each sales experience, cultivating enduring relationships and ensuring a seamless process for customers.

Responsibilities for our Entry Level Business Development Assistant:

  • Proactively expand the consumer base through relationship-building initiatives.
  • Represent the brand, ensuring positive customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of clients, products, and services to better serve customer needs.
  • Manage followups, order entries, and generate quotes efficiently.
  • Engage new potential accounts and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Optimize contracts to maximize profitability for clients.

Entry Level Business Development Assistant Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Communications preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, listening, and communication skills.
  • Independent, reliable, and resilient.

Pay:
$48, $58,000.00 per year
