    The role of the Sales Account Manager will be to work to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth in assigned territories by effectively selling BSI America products and services in relation to ISO standards and certifications.

    You will build credible relationships with your clients, effectively managing and nurturing existing relationships as well as, seeking opportunities to win and develop new business.

    This position is based from home (West USA) with the expectation of travel to visit your clients on a quarterly basis.

    You must be comfortable with travel as well as, working within a target driven environment.


    Additional responsibilities include:


    Responsible for proposing and closing client contractsProspecting new business including cold calling to prospective new clientsArticulate and position BSI products and services to key departmental decision-makers in small to midsize organizations through consultative selling.

    Identifies and qualifies clients by establishing a sales/business relationship to ensure an active and continuous business pipelineParticipate in a structured sales model to include pipeline development and work to attract and develop new business.

    Identify new market trends and formulate plans to capitalize on them that will lead to new revenue generation opportunities.
    Complete accurate sales reports to support with business forecasting.

    To be successful in the role, you will have:

    At least two years selling experience via telephone preferredA working knowledge or understanding of the certification industry and/or ISO standards is desirableExceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influenceThe ability to work well with internal, cross-functional, and external teamsExperience in using SAP and/or Salesforce would be an advantageA full and valid driving licenseCareer opportunities are vast with around 5,000 employees working with over 82,000 clients in 182 countries.

    The salary for this position can range from $63, ,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
