I am a recent graduate from James Madison University. I have a BBA in Business Management with a concentration in Consulting and a minor in Computer Information Systems. I am passionate about leadership and development, and I strive to learn more about both everyday. I have over five years of leadership and team management experience.

I currently work in retail and have past experience in the food industry. My first leadership role was an Assistant Manager at Subway. Then, I moved on to be a Student Manager at my campus dining hall. Now, I am a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader which is a manager role at a Target store.
