Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer account management-
- Respond to day-to-day requests from customers for parts and services.-
- Perform customer order quotes and follow up.
Compensation Range:
$83,400-$104,300
Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in a related discipline, preferred. 8 + years related work experience.
- Customer focused.
- Must be a problem solver who is poised, mature and fully capable of professional communication with customers and Saab personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop customer relationships.
- Ability to understand the marketplace.
- Ability to listen to the customer and understand the customer perspective.
- Ability to work on multiple, complex issues simultaneously.
- Must be detailoriented and comfortable with/interested in technological content.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to master ERP system.
- Recognize sales opportunities for account growth.
- Available to participate in 24 x 7 x 365 on call customer support activities, as scheduled
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
