Hop and Wine Beverage is looking for an outgoing individual to join our Sales team as an Account Manager in the Fairfax County area.
Preferably residing within and/or highly familiar with the area. This is a Sun-Thursday schedule.About Us:

SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for creatively selling the company's beer, wine, and other libations portfolio while managing customer expectations.
MAIN TASKS/JOB DUTIES/GOALS:
- Reports to Area Manager
- Route will be located within Fairfax County area; preferable need to reside around area
- Become fully acquainted with the EoMobile System (entering orders, tracking orders)
- Grow sales volume in assigned territory/route.
- Execute and close sales calls
- Follow up and close any provided/gained leads: including researching new, potential opportunities within territory
- Obtain appointments and or cold call to aggressively pursue new accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to maintain maximum level of customer satisfaction
- Regularly visit current customers to grow the existing business with account
- Solicit new brands/product to customers daily
- Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise
- Place and transmit appropriate orders for customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Transport, replace, and maintain POS/marketing material
- Plan and attend events in cooperation with Vendors and Supervisor(s)
- Report regularly to management on weekly activities including goals, sales, prospects, and leads
- Achieve sales goals as directed by VP of Sales
- Participate in workwith with managers, vendors and other HWB personnel
- Attend and participate in monthly Sales Meetings at HWB offices
- Deliver product as needed
- Capture Competitive information to report to VP of Sales
- Conduct in store tastings (where legal) at least once a month
- Be accessible to customers and managers
- Provide route coverage where necessary
- Clean/troubleshoot draft lines and equipment as needed
- Other duties as directed or assigned by supervisors/managers

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
