Description

We are looking for you as a Key Account Manager for Northwave Deutschland GmbH.

Your Mission

You ensure that our customers in the DACH region are as satisfied as possible. Additionally, you help to successfully position Northwave in the DACH region market. This means that you acquire new customers, but primarily act as a contact person for our existing customers. You ask the right questions and find out what the customer really needs. You also advise your customers as a Consultative Sales Wo:man on the Northwave portfolio.

You ensure that we "do what we say and say what we do". Together with colleagues from various teams, you take care of offers, customer presentations, and contracts. You also ensure a smooth process for projects and sales.

You work closely with your colleagues in the DACH Sales Team and with colleagues from the Business, Bytes & Behavior teams in both Germany and the Netherlands.

Together with over 230 security enthusiasts, you help companies protect themselves against cyber attacks.
