    Salary:
    $130k + bonus


    A company specializing in Machine Tools solutions is hiring a Sales Manager to organize and oversee all sales functions in the USA and Canada, ensuring maximum distribution of the company's products.


    What you will be doing:
    Lead the sales organization, working closely with department and product managers, agents, and direct sales personnel.
    Develop and execute short and long-term marketing policies, plans, and programs to achieve sales objectives.
    Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create effective advertising and sales promotion programs.
    Determine sales policies and contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies.
    Maintain close communication with corporate sales and engineering departments to drive new product development.
    Analyze performance against forecasts, budgets, and marketing objectives, taking proactive measures to address challenges.
    Accompany managers or sales engineers in negotiations for closing important accounts.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to understand market requirements and address complaints effectively.
    Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop plans for achieving sales objectives.
    Review and optimize departmental policies, procedures, and staffing to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
    Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for subordinate personnel to foster growth within the organization.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
    Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
