- Implement a sales strategy focused on driving revenue within the healthcare provider segment.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Build and develop relationships with C-Suite executives and other key executives within provider organisations.
- Quickly develop an established and qualified pipeline.
- Build, lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Work closely with internal product teams to meet and exceed client expectations as well as provide the product team constructive criticism for future development.
- Enhance GTM strategy and effectiveness by working with marketing.
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions to healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and digital health, particularly in the value-based care space.
- Experience selling to health system or large multi-specialty groups focused on risk-bearing relationships. Including an existing network of relationships with physician executives and working with ACO's.
- 10+ years' experience in healthcare software sales and expertise in population health or care management.
- Start-up experience and a successful track record of growing revenue at early-stage organisations.
- Self-starter that thrives in a dynamic working environment.
