    Industrial & Construction Group

    As a Regional Sales Manager supporting Electrical Distribution in the Industrial, OEM, and Commercial markets, you will report to the Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will implement a local strategy with agents within the territory limits, support customers, identify potential opportunities, and sell products within company margins. This role requires a significant focus on creating demand among end-users to benefit distribution channel partners.

    • Identify current and future project opportunities and secure approval for Prysmian wire and cable products in the territory, particularly in the Industrial & Construction portfolio, by engaging directly with electrical contractors, EPCs, Engineering companies, end-users, and distribution.
    • Establish key relationships with customers (Electrical Distributors & OEM's) while maintaining ethical and professional interactions with all customers and external contacts.
    • Identify chances for growth and retention of daily business across the I&C portfolio.
    • Recognize opportunities for cross-selling between Prysmian groups at I&C customers.
    • Acquire new accounts within all customer segments.
    • Develop and manage customer programs, recommend pricing levels, and co-op advertising initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with group Inside Sales and Industrial Project Team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels throughout the sales process.
    • Organize and conduct product training events with Distributors, Contractors, Engineers, End Users & OEM's.
    • Work in close alignment with product market managers, including pricing, product launches, and inventory decisions.
    • Analyze the market to determine the most effective commercial and service approach.
    • Coordinate customer requirements with the relevant internal departments such as credit, manufacturing, engineering, etc.
    • Participate in regional trade shows as required (assist in coordination and setup).
    • Manage customer discrepancies and returns in collaboration with the credit department.
    • Support all product/market channels in forecasting and selling all communications products.
    • Collect market intelligence to drive informed decisions.
    • Contribute to the development of sales plans, operational strategies, and long-term plans.
