Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of sales, driving growth and maximizing opportunities for expansion.
- Manage key partnerships with sports icons, leagues, and corporate entities, to ensure successful collaboration and execution of projects.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth in the retail and wholesale markets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging insights to inform business decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales growth in a business.
- Proven experience in sales strategy with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Strong understanding of the art and sports industries preferred, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in negotiation.
- Commission-based salary: This position offers a competitive commission-based salary of 30%. 1 year of positive growth will lead to salary and benefits (if preferred).
