- Responsible for achieving revenue goals and day to day sales
- Develop trainings and sales campaigns for sale team
- Create reports, monitor sales activity and work with Business Development Executives to continuously develop and improve their skillset
- Partner with department leaders to develop and align sales strategies and campaigns.

Job DescriptionRole: Sales Director - Tax Credits & IncentivesLocation: Houston, TX or Sacramento, CA
I am a search firm representing a tax incentive company seeking a Sales Director for a one of a kind role.
This role will work along side the Business Development team to ensure sales goals are achieved.
The company sells consulting services for tax credits and incentives including R&D, 179D, WOTC and more.
Ideally this person has finance or an incentives background. If not, they need to understand how to sell consulting services.
Responsibilities/ Role:
Typically will work 40 hours per week – no crazy hours
