    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Technical Knowledge Required:
    Preferably in Cathodic Protection, corrosion-related materials and services, or relevant industries such as Oil and Gas or Pipeline.

    Sales Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years with demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and strong communication skills.

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Proficient in identifying customer needs, maintaining key client relationships, and managing customer interactions using CRM software.

    Sales Targets:
    Proven ability to meet revenue-based targets through developing new accounts, enhancing existing relationships, and targeting specific opportunities.

    Presentations and Tracking:
    Develop detailed sales presentations and track projects for sale closure.

    Event Participation:
    Attend industry tradeshows and manage exhibit booths.

    Required Skills:

    Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    Mature, reliable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and information management.

    Travel and Driving:
    Must have an excellent driving record and be willing to travel overnight.

    Presentation Skills:
    Confidence in giving presentations and speaking in front of groups.

    Organizational Skills:
    Strong planning skills with attention to detail.

    Additional Knowledge:
    Understanding of procurement processes and DEI programs is a plus.

    Education and/or Experience:

    Minimum Education:
    High school diploma or GED.

    Administrative Knowledge:
    Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.

    Customer Service:
    Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
