    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Specialist, specializing in the franchising of stores within the food and beverage industry. As a Business Development Specialist , you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic plans to drive the company's growth in the franchise sector. You will establish close relationships with potential partners, expand the business network, and drive sales and profit growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute franchise strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
    • Identify and cultivate potential franchisees and partners, establishing long-term collaborative relationships.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors, providing strategic advice to respond to market changes.
    • Manage the franchise negotiation process, negotiating contract terms and conditions.
    • Coordinate internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of franchise projects.
    • Provide market feedback, assist product and marketing teams in optimizing products and services.
    • Responsible for maintaining franchisee relationships, resolving issues, and providing support.
    • 制定并执行门店加盟战略,以实现销售和盈利目标。

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • At least 3 years of business development experience in the food and beverage industry or franchise sector.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective partnerships at all levels.
    • Ability to analyze markets and formulate strategies, predicting and responding to market changes.
    • Strong team collaboration skills, able to coordinate and cooperate with internal teams to drive successful project implementation.
    • Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth understanding of the food and beverage industry and franchise business.
