As the education landscape rapidly evolved during the Covid-19 pandemic, I embraced the digital shift, navigating the challenges and opportunities of online education firsthand. My passion for enhancing learning experiences led me to complete an MSc in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focal point on Education Technology, where I immersed myself in diverse technological platforms primed to elevate teaching and learning.

Currently embarking on a Generative AI journey through Microsoft Learning, I am poised to empower educational methodologies with cutting-edge technologies. My dynamic background uniquely positions me to bridge the gap between educational objectives and technological solutions, bolstering student learning outcomes. By seamlessly integrating educational technologies into medical education delivery, I aspire to ensure seamless workflows that align with business needs.

From curating impactful training for faculty and staff to fostering cohesive onboarding materials and video resources, I am committed to driving the successful implementation of educational technology. My proficiency extends to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring information security in third-party solutions.

With a profound empathy for the evolving educational landscape, a Master's degree rooted in education technology, and ongoing advancements in AI, I stand poised to craft an enriched learning environment that resonates with the evolving needs of medical education.

Throughout my professional journey, I've accumulated a diverse range of educational experiences. I spent 15 years teaching Humanities at the secondary level in the United States, as well as abroad in Italy and Qatar. In addition, I dedicated 5 years to teaching ESL to adult learners, both in the US and Italy.

Currently, I'm focused on building an online consulting business that caters to educators. This venture centers on two key areas: education technology and wellness. With a solid background in teaching and a keen interest in technology, I aim to help fellow educators integrate technology effectively into their teaching methods. Simultaneously, I recognize the importance of educator well-being and am committed to providing guidance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I hold a BA in Government with a minor in Spanish, where my studies concentrated on International Politics. This provided me with a strong foundation in understanding global dynamics and cultural diversity. Additionally, I possess a MSc in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focal point on education technology, which has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge and skills in integrating technology into educational environments.

During my academic journey, I engaged in coursework and projects that hold direct relevance to the education technologist role. I undertook tasks such as video production, crafting digital assignments, and developing lecture materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS). This practical experience solidified my proficiency in harnessing technology to enhance teaching methodologies.

Furthermore, my research endeavors spanned significant topics, including K-12 and university administration, pedagogical strategies, and the effective integration of technology in education. These investigations honed my understanding of the crucial intersections between education, technology, and administration.

While I may not have garnered specific awards or honors, my educational path has been driven by a sincere passion for enhancing teaching and learning through technology.
