    Job Summary
    .This position will provide technical and analytical support of the business processes associated with the Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES) organization in support of the Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles and Solar program teams.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides project management, project controls, contract administration and quality assurance support at the senior associate level within the Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES) Organization. Provide technical support including but not limited to contract bid support, processing/verifying vendor invoicing, processing journals and change orders, maintain project controls documentation, monitor project commitment status, and additional project support.
    • This position is accountable for collecting and extracting data from business applications for reporting purposes and analyzing such data to develop business recommendations.
    • Incumbent will formulate technical reports and develop efficiency recommendations.
    • This position will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities.
    • This position may be asked to present to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support and maintain the RES training catalog & matrix. Assign trainings to RES associates and report on training records.
    • Administer the SAP, SharePoint and shared drive security in accordance with PSEG practices.
    • Assist with ongoing programs not limited to Intern Program, Business Continuity Planning, (BCP), All Hands meetings etc.
    • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    Job Specific Qualifications

    Required:

    • BA/BS or 4 years equivalent experience
    • 2 years of relevant prior work experience demonstrating technical and analytical abilities
    • Ability to collect data, analyze results, develop and present business recommendations
    • Demonstrated strong personal computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access

    • Previous experience in utility business operations.
    • Experience working with invoicing/contracts in Ariba, SAP, Catalyst, etrack+, emPower
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business sense and initiative
    • Demonstrated ability to work across departmental boundaries, on multiple tasks, and with a high level of precision.
