Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Banking Operations Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support to investment bank clients and their back-office teams, assisting with the operational aspects of banking activities and the processing of trade-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Tier 1 investment bank clients and their backoffice teams with banking activities and trade processing.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking operations.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
