Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Operations by creating and revising monthly/quarterly reports.
- Assist with quarterly/annual business reviews using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Develop Power Point presentations for special projects within the operation.
- Help in assigning and tracking monthly training for all TMG Associates.
- Design and document workflows under the guidance of Operations Management.
- Create and distribute client surveys, and compile and monitor results.
- Undertake other projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Suite is desired but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic with a team and serviceoriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Detailoriented with sound judgment and problemsolving abilities.
