Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with accessing and navigating health care services
  • Provide information and education on healthrelated topics
  • Advocate for clients and help them communicate with medical providers
  • Coordinate appointments and followup care as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, social work, or related field
  • Fluency in Creole and English
  • Experience working in a health care setting or providing health care support services
  • Knowledge of community health resources and services in Manhattan and Bronx, NY

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
