- Process telephone inquiries.
- Perform account maintenance.
- Research overcharges, and submit for adjustment.
- Prepare reports to include daily Phone Call Log.
- File applications
- Must remain professional under every circumstance with customers and staff members
- High School Diploma or the equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
- Must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required.
